the whitehealthcare solution:

Following detailed market and competitor analysis, we created a vibrant design for CALPOL®, which developed its identity while retaining strong heritage elements to maintain consumer trust. whitehealthcare’s layout and reprographic artwork skills ensured the 3D effect and strong use of key CALPOL® brand colours ensured shelf stand out and excellent brand blocking. Text hierarchy and branding components were also carefully positioned to aid SKU differentiation and support clear consumer communication.

the brief:

whitehealthcare was tasked with develop new branding and packaging design for the CALPOL® range in the Republic of Ireland, modernise the packaging to be relevant to today’s consumer but being careful to retain consumer trust in the brand.

Owned by leading consumer healthcare brand Johnson & Johnson, CALPOL® is one of the best known consumer healthcare brands, with more than 40 years heritage and an high level of consumer trust.In recent years,  CALPOL® has diversified into a family of products that includes CALPOL®infant, CALPOL® 6+ and CALPOL®Fastmelts, with each product requiring a careful balance between innovation and heritage elements to develop the brand while retainining complete reassurance to the consumer.
